The world measures what you do.

Motherhood transforms who you are.

You deserve support that understands both.

The return to work is one of the most defining — and underserved — chapters of motherhood, and it requires real support.

Mommerz provides support for the postpartum return to work transition centered on evidence-based care, holistic wellness, and confident self-leadership.

Born from the nickname given to our founder by her daughter, Mommerz is a reminder that motherhood is equal parts love and transformation.

Motherhood deserves more support

—not just expectations.

Becoming a mother is one of life’s most powerful transformations. Yet most support ends where the real journey begins: after birth, when you’re learning how to be both yourself and your baby’s mother.
You’re expected to heal, adjust, and return to work as if nothing’s changed.
But everything has.

This season should be about far more than survival.

In fact, it can be your most profound opportunity for growth.

Why return to work support matters

68% of working mothers say their manager and workplace culture are the biggest factors in whether their return to work feels supportive—or not.

— Future of Working Motherhood Report (2026)

That’s why Mommerz focuses not only on individual support for mothers, but also on helping organizations create healthier, more sustainable return-to-work experiences during one of the highest-risk transition points in a woman’s career.

Meet Kayla

Kayla McGuire is the founder of Mommerz, a holistic support and leadership-integration practice born from the belief that motherhood is not the end of who we were — it’s the evolution of who we are becoming. After years helping founders and teams navigate change, Kayla realized the same tools that guide effective leaders are the tools women need most as they step into motherhood and prepare to return to work.

Drawing from her background in project management and leadership consulting, along with specialized training in perinatal nutrition, emotional intelligence, somatic practices, and birth support, she helps mothers navigate identity shifts, rebuild confidence, and create systems that support both wellbeing and ambition. Her work blends evidence-based care with real-life compassion, meeting women not just in their strength, but in the moments they’re still finding it.

Kayla is especially passionate about supporting women as they return to work — not to who they were, but to who they’re becoming. This season deserves support that strengthens identity, wellbeing, and leadership, not pressure to “bounce back.”

Let’s talk

Please note: scheduling is reserved for women interested in individual coaching or organizations exploring the Mommerz return-to-work program.

Because I provide high-touch, personalized support, I accept only 2–3 individual coaching clients per month. This allows me to be fully present and deeply supportive during this important transition.

If you’re serious about moving forward with perinatal or return-to-work support—or would like to learn more about bringing Mommerz to your organization—please use the scheduler to book a consultation.
